The pipette washer/dryer is easy to use. Simply set up the washer/dryer in your lab sink and insert up to 23 pipettes at a time, close the door and attach the tubing to the wash or rinse line. The washer can also be used outside the sink with the washer basin and pump to circulate wash or rinse solution through the pipettes. The solution shoots out of the pipettes tip, reflects off the ceiling portion pf the washer and rains a shower down over the outside of the pipettes; thus cleaning both the inside and outside of the pipettes. To dry the insides of the pipettes the line is connected to a vacuum source and air is pulled in through the pipette tips until the inside of all the pipettes are dry.

Benchmark Scientific Mini-centrifuge with 2 rotors (blue)

The Benchmark series of mini centrifuges are ideal for quick spin down of micro sample sizes. With a clear lid and electronic safety cut-off, the user can safely observe samples at all times.

The centrifuge quickly accelerates to maximum speed (6,600 rpm / 2,200 rcf) and stops within seconds. The sophisticated motor mounting system provides quiet, vibration-free operation.

All centrifuges include a round rotor with capacity for six standard microtubes (1.5ml to 2.0ml) as well as a strip tube rotor for 2 x 8 PCR strips or sixteen individual 0.2ml tubes. Additional adapters are also included for 0.4-0.5ml tubes. The rotors can be easily interchanged by the user within a matter of seconds.

All models include a convenient block lifter, for transferring blocks with high temperatures.
