environmentally controlled laboratory. Pipettes undergo complete inspection,
detailed refurbishing, and are calibrated to manufacturer’s specifications
unless otherwise requested. Calibration certificates include ISO/IEC17025:2005
accredited logo, ‘As Found’ (10 results each at up to 3 volumes) and ‘As
Left’ (10 results each at up to 3 volumes) calibration data, environmental
lab conditions, any repairs made, parts replaced or corrective actions taken.
Model tolerances are provided with a calculated ‘PASS/FAIL’ result at each
test volume. |

| Validation is performed in an environmentally controlled laboratory.
Pipettes undergo complete inspection, detailed refurbishing, and are tested
for proper performance. Certificates list all pipettes included in the service
batch, by serial number and model, and certify that all pipettes perform
to manufacturer’s standards. No calibration data is provided with this service
level. |

| As a courtesy, TTE will send pipette(s) to the manufacturer for repairs unable to be done at TTE (i.e. warranty services and complex repairs). Clients’ approval is first required; pipettes are then returned to TTE for calibration before returning to the client. Turn-around times vary by manufacturer. | |||
