View More Button  How often should I calibrate my pipette?
TTE SUGGESTS- GLP/GMP LEVEL: 3–6 month interval, R–D LEVEL: 6–12 month interval, and BASIC LEVEL: Annual. Lost time and wasted reagents can be more of an expense than the cost of recalibration. If a pipette is damaged or contaminated it should be serviced immediately to restore performance and prevent further damage.

TTE's calibration service includes all repair labor costs. Replacement parts are additional. On occasion, it will be necessary for TTE to send your pipette to the manufacturer for proper repair. Your approval is requested prior to any manufacturer service.

For less than the cost of a new one, broken pipettes can generally be repaired and recalibrated. TTE assesses the damage for each pipette and if the cost is greater than half that of a new pipette, then we will call you to discuss your options.

TTE has developed a great service relationship with almost every pipette manufacturer. If necessary we can make arrangements for manufacturer warranty service on your products.

Now its as easy as 1-2-3 !
The pipette washer/dryer comlete system is easy to use. Simply insert up to 23 pipettes at a time, close the door and attach the tubing to the wash or rinse line. The washer, with the washer basin and pump circulates the wash or rinse solution through the pipettes. The solution shoots out of the pipettes tip, reflects off the ceiling portion pf the washer and rains a shower down over the outside of the pipettes; thus cleaning both the inside and outside of the pipettes. To dry the insides of the pipettes the line is connected to a vacuum source and air is pulled in through the pipette tips until the inside of all the pipettes are dry.
