Level 4

Level 4 Calibration

TTE Laboratories' Level 4 calibrations meet cGMP/GLP regulatory compliance standards. They are performed to meet most of the ISO8655:2002 standards in our environmentally controlled laboratory and offered with our signature next-day turn around.

Following 'As Found' measurement testing, pipettes undergo complete inspection and a detailed refurbishing and preventative maintenance, then are calibrated to manufacturer's specifications unless otherwise requested.
Calibration certificates include ‘As Found’ (4 results each at up to 3 volumes) and ‘As Left’ (10 results each at up to 3 volumes) calibration data, environmental lab conditions, any repairs made, parts replaced or corrective actions taken.
Model tolerances are provided with a calculated ‘PASS/FAIL’ result at each test volume.
