Pipettes.com management team is passionate about accuracy and repeatability in the lab. Conformance to process controls, standards and procedures is paramount to our calibration quality. Improvement opportunities are equally important to our clients and our growth. Therefore, we maintain a very effective Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) System for managing both our process conformance and quality system improvements, while investigating all client complaints expeditiously.

Our CAPA system allows us to learn from and respond very quickly to client requests, market changes, and anything else that could potentially limit our ability to provide the best pipette calibration, maintenance, repair and management services available.

Continuous management of our CAPA system maintains our standing as industry leaders and allows us to leverage our strengths for continuing improvements to our compliance, measurement accuracy and service reliability.
