Along with our standard service offerings, on-site liquid handling calibration services can also be custom-tailored to meet your specific requirements. These services include gravimetric calibration and/or verification of a wide array of volumetric instruments, including pipettors, titrators, bottle-top dispensers, syringes, and repeaters across every volume range from 0.1uL on up.
Gravimetric calibrations are performed on 4, 5, and 6 place balances, depending on the volume measured.
There are five standard service offerings available:
- Premium (Level Five): our highest, most detailed level and compliant to ISO 17025 accreditation and meets all ISO:8655 requirements. Provides “As Found” and “As Left” data reporting for each pipette, along with preventative maintenance and a detailed certificate of calibration for each pipette.
- Enhanced (Level Four): ISO 17025 accredited service utilized by many GLP/GMP pharmaceutical and biotechnology laboratories under FDA audit. Provides “As Found” and “As Left” data reporting for each pipette, along with preventative maintenance and a detailed certificate of calibration for each pipette.
- Standard (Level Three): also compliant to ISO 17025 accreditation and utilized by many hospital labs and clinical labs to meet requirements from CLIA and/or CAPP.
