The fact is, however, that even though traveling onsite pipette calibration services can be fast, they cannot be fully controlled, standardized, detailed or even reliable – which puts your pipetting at risk.
At Transcat, we believe speed is nice, but it is much more valuable to our science and laboratory customers to provide an accurate, standards-based pipette calibration, along with repair and comprehensive preventative maintenance, at one low price, and do it all with the optional benefit of pre-scheduled next-day turnaround time.
That's why we can offer 24-Hour Turnaround for all pre-qualified pipette calibration customers who are pre-scheduled with us – at no additional cost. Scheduling is an easy 4-step process:
- Call or email us to discuss your needs with our team. Pre-qualify for your service for a quick turnaround.
- If qualified, you can ship your pipettes to us on the scheduled date(s).
- We provide a comprehensive ISO 8655-based calibration, repair and preventative maintenance service as scheduled.
- We ship your pipettes back to you as you’ve directed on the Service Form.
Don’t worry, if you don’t qualify for our 24-hour service, you can certainly send in your pipettes at anytime. It's as simple as completing a service form, including a copy of the completed form in the box, and sending your pipettes to us. Our queue turnaround is one of the best the industry has to offer.
